We want your Qeyin experience to be seamless from order to delivery.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping on orders over $120 USD. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
Email us at hello@qeyin.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale. Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
